Include the fiber in your diet and all things that contain more quantity of water in it like watermelons and tomatoes which include ninety to ninety two percent of water in it and by eating these types of thing you can fill your stomach without gaining any fats, include fresh juice in your diet with lots of vegetables and always eat concisely keeping so that you can take less fats and more nutrients.
